Google is promoting the Nexus One on their homepage in the US, the highest profile billboard in the world it could be argued and priceless advertising. It’s very rare that the search giant would add extra elements to their famously minimal homepage, one of the exceptions being the Chrome web browser. With their powerful advertising reach one thing that Google know they don’t have to worry about with the Nexus One is marketing.
